Brad + Venesa | Snowflake Arizona Temple Wedding Photographer
I got a new sister! My youngest brother Brad got married a few week ago in the Snowflake Arizona LDS Temple in Snowflake. I had the incredible honor of photographing their beautiful wedding day. Check out some of my favorites and also check out the wedding video filmed and edited by Trent Penrod.

Nathan and Crystal | Mesa Arizona LDS Temple Wedding Photographer
Whether they know it or not, I've been eagerly looking forward to Nathan and Crystal's wedding for a long time. I've known Crystal for a long time and have enjoyed getting to know Nathan at our meetings and our shoots and I'm so thrilled that they've found each other. We took care of bride and groom formal portraits on the Monday prior to their actual wedding and I loved that we can make awesome images at that shoot but I also love that it gave them some good time to be together (with a guy with a big camera following them around) separate from all the stress of planning and organizing and finalizing wedding details. The clouds during the final images we made around sunset are the most vibrant and dynamic that I've ever photographed at the Mesa Arizona Temple. Here are some of my favorites:

Scott + Rebecca | Mesa Arizona Temple Wedding Photographer
I finished editing Scott Struve and Rebecca Spendlove Struve 's wedding image tonight and had the greatest time reliving their beautiful wedding through the images that we made. Here is a little photo montage that I put together.
Thank you so much for letting me photograph and document the most important day in your lives.

Daniel + Kiersten | Salt Lake City Temple Wedding Photographer
Usually I struggle with "what to say" when I make posts on my blog. I've been so excited and known for sometime that I was going to have so much to show, share, and write about when it comes to Daniel and Kiersten's wedding. I've known Daniel the groom since he was in grade school and I worked for his family's Real Estate business during most of my early 20's . I was so excited to meet Kiersten once they got engaged for their engagement session last fall. She is a photography enthusiast and knew all about looking good for the camera, and lighting, and posing. Their wedding was in the LDS Temple in Salt Lake City there. I was so excited to shoot their wedding in the first place but getting the opportunity to photograph a couple at the Salt Lake City Temple was another goal of mine that I've had for a while. I love the chance I get to travel every now and again because of photography :) .

Kiersten's mom custom made all of Kiersten's gorgeous dress and stunning cape and it looked simply amazing. This image got more traffic/likes/comments on Facebook than ANY other image I think I have EVER posted before.

In Salt Lake City they had a reception following their wedding at The Old Meetinghouse , it was a gorgeous venue:

The next weekend we were back here in Arizona for an open house so that all the Arizona friends and family could celebrate with the beautiful new couple:

Kiersten LOVES her some Coca-Cola

I wanted show this next image a couple reasons. One is that it shows the awesome scrapbook style guest book that they laid out for the reception. Daniel's mom has an awesome online scrapbook store called "HappynScrappin" If you're into scrapbooking you should check out her store.
The other reason is that it shows a print I had made for Daniel and Kiersten from their engagements session. I told them that if they could get 75 people to like my Facebook page that I'd make them a print to fill that frame...and they came through.

Thank you guys so much for choosing me to be the one that documented your wedding and celebration!

Dallas and Andrea | Snowflake Arizona Temple Wedding Photographer
My brother, Dallas and Andrea got married at the LDS temple in Snowflake Arizona last spring. It just barely occurred to me that I never got to blog their wedding. We went through alot to make these images so they definitely need to be shared.
We work up early early (like 4:30am early) the day of their wedding to take care of their portraits. We later found out what a good move that actually was. It was pretty breezy in the morning when we were doing pictures but the wind kept picking up throughout the day. By the time their wedding was over and they came out of the temple that afternoon the gusts truly made us feel like we were in the middle of a hurricane, pictures would not have been an option.
Take a look at some of the favorites:

They are such a beautiful couple, and Andrea is such a sweetheart. We all love her so much and are so grateful that she is now a part of our family.

Stephen and Emily | Pinetop Arizona Wedding Photographer
It is such a blast to get to go back to my hometown to photograph weddings. I grew up in Pinetop and love getting oppurtunities to go back. Stephen and Emily had the most terrific wedding day. Everything was perfect. Their wedding ceremony took place on the banks of Rainbow Lake in Lakeside. I love it when the stars align for great images. The location was incredible, as you can see from the images, combined with the perfect amount of cloud cover, perfect time of day, and a good looking couple it would be hard not to make incredible images.
Here are some of my favorites.

Nick and Skylar | Fountain Hills Wedding Photographer
I've been looking forward to getting these images up since we made them the week of Thanksgiving. A great looking couple at a gorgeous venue and great light to work with...it's like the stars were aligning for incredible images.

Nick and Sky were married the day after Thanksgiving at the Mesa Arizona LDS Temple

Their wedding was beautiful and the bride and groom were stunning. The next day the happy couple celebrated and gathered with their friends and family at the amazing Copperwynd Resort in Fountain Hills

I'm always excited when I know I get to work with other wedding professionals that I'm familiar with. All of the flowers and centerpieces were arranged by Vicki Sorensen. I've done more than a half dozen weddings with Vicki and love to see the floral creations that she comes up with for every event, and saying that her work adds to the quality of my images would be an understatement.
The following video is by Shaun Martineau of Capture the Memory Wedding Films and I love his work. The bride and groom and the photographer and videographer end up spending alot of time together on the wedding day and Shaun was really cool to work with.
