We collaborated on a shoot with Brittany back in August but have had to keep these awesome images under wraps because we have been in the process of submitting them to magazines for publication. When Brittany first approached me she promised that we'd get published in a magazine, we were so excited to find out that the images ended up getting picked up by at least 2 different magazines. There was alot involved in this shoot and so I want to be certain to give appropriate credits

We had an excellent senior portrait session with Chesney a couple of weeks ago. I'm pretty sure the temperature was in the 30's but we all were brave and ended up make some great images. I've had such a great time photographing T this fall you may recognize her from a post I did a couple months ago for her soccer portrait . She never takes a bad picture and makes my job so incredibly easy. I haven't gotten to do any senior portraits for guys in quite a while, so I was really stoked to photograph Chandler so I could applyall the ideas I've had in mind for so long. Here is a little preview of the session:

Ms. S | Blue Ridge High School Senior Portrait Photographer

On Thursday we put together a fun shoot at Scotts Reservoir . It's a concept I've wanted to shoot for a long time. We built up a little platform out of apple crates and some flagstone. That way our model, Ms. S, appears to be standing on or near the surface of the water. Here is a little video showing some behind the scenes:

I was so excited to photograph this gorgeous family. They came in from out of town where the weather is almost always triple digits and were just so happy to be up in the beautiful mountains. Little Mr. C just turned 1 year old last week so they wanted to get some family pictures and some fun shots of him as well. Here are some of my favorites:

I had so much fun with these two cuties out on the Mogollon Rim walk you could hardly call it working. Ms. M and Ms. L are cousins and best of friends and we had a great time playing and dancing and making some really fun pictures. Opening House Grand Opening | Paxman Photography

How was your weekend? Ours was fantastic and crazy busy. We had our open house event and it was great to have all my family here. Plenty of friends from town and from the Pinetop-Lakeside Chamber of Commerce.came to help us celebrate and check out the new location we've worked so hard to get ready for opening. So now it's official, we're here and we're open. We're open from 10 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday and on Saturday by appointment. The studio phone number is 928-367-PICS (7427). _________________ Much of the rest of our weekend was spent moving my parents out of the house I grew up in and into their new home. I don't typically post images that took with my iphone but I really like how this panoramic turned out. What do you think?

Stephen and Emily | Pinetop Arizona Wedding Photographer

It is such a blast to get to go back to my hometown to photograph weddings. I grew up in Pinetop and love getting oppurtunities to go back. Stephen and Emily had the most terrific wedding day. Everything was perfect. Their wedding ceremony took place on the banks of Rainbow Lake in Lakeside. I love it when the stars align for great images. The location was incredible, as you can see from the images, combined with the perfect amount of cloud cover, perfect time of day, and a good looking couple it would be hard not to make incredible images.

Steven and Emily | Greer Engagment Photography

Steven and Emily got married a couple weeks ago, and I caught up with them a few months ago in Greer Arizona to get some engagement portraits. It was AWESOME to get out of the valley for a little bit and shoot where it was mid-80's and partly cloudy all day.
